I cannot say "Nervous" about tomarrow, but I really dont want to scare Lindsey off. Im going to hold my spiritual stuff to myself for now, which includes this site. Sorry, but I had to, If you are reading this.
I got two CD's today, proving the point I made below. One was "Simple Things", by Zero 7. Its a nice chill out album, not the typical energetic stuff im into. Ive always needed one of these. Find this in the "Rock/Pop" section. I consider it more R&B/Soul. I would not reccomend this if you bought either britney Spears's latest album or Ludacris's latest album, unless of course you are a really transitional person like me and listens to everything but country volentarily.
The other CD was "Since I Left You" by The Avalanches. Its a contemplation of samples put to simple beats. It is a great album, it feels like its all one song. I really love it because, once you get the lyrics (which can be pretty hard to understand at times, and get scratched occasionally, making them hard to reproduce), its VERY EASY to sing to it. Or hum it. Or whatever. It comes in a non-traditional "quake" like jewel case. I found this in the "Dance" section, but I consider it hard to dance to most of the songs. Very good CD otherwise. Also includes the very odd video to "Frontier Psychiatrist". Low-Budget High School Play-like atmosphere to it, and most samples sound like they're taken from a bunch of 60-80's western shows.
